Today's marketing post is about multi-channel or omni-channel marketing using a chicken dinner as an example. So, what's the difference between the two? Well, multi-channel marketing is more of a linear approach with all your different channels doing slightly different things. Omni-channel approach is providing your target market, your customers, with a communication channel that is completely seamless regardless of what platform they are on. So if you take the chicken dinner example, this [multi-channel approach] is like eating your vegetable, your carrot, your peas, then your meat, and then your potato. The omni-channel approach will be providing it all at one plate for someone to enjoy it whenever they want together, or separately, or as one full meal. Happy chicken dinner marketing!
