[ELECTRONIC MUSIC] - We know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel to experience sexual harassment in the workplace. And that's why we're here for you. Wait before you run to HR. You want to be able to read up on your rights, and then also prepare documentation. - Save all of your evidence. Sometimes people will delete text messages because it makes them feel uncomfortable. But all of that should be saved. If you don't have evidence, you can create some evidence by telling a friend and capturing that screenshot or saving that conversation. And so that will give you a date and time. - If you're comfortable, you can confront your harasser in the situation and let them know that you felt uncomfortable by their comments or their behaviors. And make sure that once you confront them, you also document that exchange. You can go to a lawyer anytime, even before you talk to HR. But you should definitely go to a lawyer if you experience any form of retaliation from your employer, whether that's termination or additional harassment. [ELECTRONIC MUSIC]
