Alright after the introduction obviously comes the body and the body of your formal report
is; that's what I call the meat and potatoes, it's going to be all your supplementary pieces.
And by supplementary pieces; I'm talking about your recommendations, your analysis; your
logic, your interpretation of the information; your solution to the problem, what ever it
is that the report is about; what ever it is that you have been asked to find or write,
or do is in the body of the report. If you're soliciting for work this particular body part
of this particular report will be about all the great things that your company can do;
if it's a bid for a job, why? This is going to be where you can talk about why; whoever
it is that this report is going to should select you, your cost effectiveness; your
professionalism; your equipment, your employees; whatever it is all the reasons you've written
the report are going right here in the body.
