NARRATOR: At one stage or another, we've all been a part of a team whether it be as part of a school project, your job, sports club, casual strip group, you get the picture. Working with others can be both a pleasant and not-so-pleasant experience. And because of that, I wanted to give you my take on both the pros and cons of working on a team. Pro, with more people, you should get work done faster. Con, try to equally delegate work to all team members. Pro, having organized team meetings will hopefully lead to better project coordination. Con, trying to get people to show up to these meetings. Pro, potentially building a network of colleagues who you may like to work with on future projects. Con, you'll also likely have to deal with some gobshites along the way. Pro, more people means more project ideas are shared. Con, this includes the stupid ideas. Pro, less work for each individual to do. Con, the stress that comes with hoping your teammates do their parts. Pro, it's an opportunity to look at things from a different perspective. Con, arguments which arise when different perspectives collide. Pro, project decision making is a collective burden. Con, less individual freedom to do what you want. Pro, you will succeed and fail together. Con, you will succeed and fail together. Enjoy the collaborative chaos.
