[MUSIC] So diversity is a topic that sometimes people hear. Just the word itself, and it makes them a little nervous. They don't wanna talk about it. They shy away from it. But it turns out that right now we're in an age where we're really seeing that there are indeed benefits of diversity, that if organizations can capture, they can really get a competitive advantage. Now the tricky thing is that it's not always as easy to capture those benefits as we'd like. And so where we are right now is recognizing that there's a promise of diversity and then there's kind of the reality of it. And it takes some hard work to actually make sure you get those benefits. We actually have to recognize that we can actually benefit a whole lot more if you actually allow people to thrive no matter who they are. Just imagine a world where no one is, in any way hindered because of their race or gender. Who they are. Imagine the solutions that we can find. Imagine the medicine. Imagine the businesses that we could actually develop and grow if no one was encumbered. And so, ultimately, it's in our interest as an organization, as a country, as a world to embrace the diversity that we have so that we can get all of the assets from every single person that's on this planet.
