- Hi. I'm Guy Kawasaki, chief evangelist of Canva. And I'm here with my friends at Klick. And today, I'm going to explain to you the Guy Kawasaki rule of PowerPoint, Canva, Keynote, whatever you're using. It's called the 10/20/30 rule. So the 10/20/30 rule is 10 slides because that's all you can reasonably expect to communicate, 10 ideas. 20 minutes because you need to get it done quickly. You don't have an hour anymore. And 30 points-- 30 point is the minimum size font in a great presentation. The bigger the font, the better the slide. Just FYI, Steve Jobs slide, 190-point font. It's unlikely that you're Steve Jobs, so I'm giving you a lot of grace. 30 points. 10 slides, 20 minutes, 30 points.
