(light music) As an employer, when you're looking to hire people with disabilities, you have to start at the very beginning. When somebody is coming to your website, is it accessible? Accessibility is both bricks and clicks, so making sure people can get in the building, and on the internet side, you want to make sure folks can navigate your website. It's so great to see the emphasis and focus that's being placed on tools and training around assistive technology and accessibility because it truly is a game changer. Some things that are simple: sit-stand workstations, we supply headsets. I just have a dual one. There isn't a significant cost difference at all between the dual-sided and a single-sided headset, and for me, it makes all the difference to be able to hear. [Nikki] We do newsletters, we have webinars, we leverage our employee resource groups. To me, there's no more impactful thing that a company can do on its inclusion journey than having resource groups that just give people a chance to plug in, connect, belong, find themselves, and hopefully find their voice. [Interpreter] Most recently, there's a lot more focus on adding authentic representation of individuals with disabilities. They're in our marketing materials, images that are used in our training, because representation, authentic representation, really matters. (light music)
